Production period: from June to September.
We produce and stay in the same chalet throughout the summer, unlike other farmers who need to move the cows and production material several times during the summer.
The family has rented this alpine dairy since 1971.
Fortunately we are a great team to handle all these tasks:
My husband Forian and myself Mélanie, Nicolette his mother, Rodolf his brother & two employees who spend the summer with us, including Blazej who has been coming for 10 years.
We also have our two little boys: Damien (2014) and Jerry (2016)
Happiliy mountain farming is a family affair. We can always count on Florian's second brother Stefan and his friend Sandra, as well as on friends.
